1.⁠ ⁠Introductory provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relations between the company ZUTO invest s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when selling digital products through the website your website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

1.2. The digital products sold include electronic documents (e.g. PDFs), online courses and other digital files (hereinafter referred to as the "Products").

1.3. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with these Terms and Conditions before purchasing.

2.⁠ ⁠Order and payment terms

2.1. The Order can be created via the Website.

2.2. Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may also be displayed in other currencies depending on the Buyer's location.

2.3. Payment can be made via payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe or credit card.

2.4. After payment, the Product will be made available to the Buyer via a download link or by email.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery of digital products

3.1. The Products are delivered exclusively in digital form (PDF, e-book, online access).

3.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide a compatible device to open the Product.

3.3. If the Buyer does not receive the Product within 24 hours of payment, he is obliged to contact the Seller.

4.⁠ ⁠Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

4.1. Since these are digital products, the Buyer acknowledges that he does not have the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 16 letter m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

4.2. In the event of technical problems with the delivery of the Product, the Buyer is entitled to contact the Seller at your e-mail office@zuto-invest.com

5.⁠ ⁠Copyright protection

5.1. All Products are protected by copyright. The Buyer may not copy, distribute or provide them to third parties.

5.2. Violation of copyright may lead to legal action.

6.⁠ ⁠Personal data protection

6.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

7.⁠ ⁠Final Provisions

7.1. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
